The annual Ice Cream Social was a huge success this year, with the Herons Glen Activities Committee serving ice cream sundaes to 285 residents. Community members also showed their generosity by contributing donations totaling $687.
New this year was a very popular photo opportunity area, where residents could have their pictures taken by Dick Muller and Mary Muller. Bob McCoy also captured special moments throughout the event as the roaming photographer. Musical entertainment was provided throughout the afternoon by Don and Barb Vanover, helping create a fun and festive atmosphere for everyone in attendance.
A special thank you goes to all the volunteers, entertainers, and photographers who helped make the event such a memorable community gathering.
