Alpha Delta Mu enjoyed both an engaging and productive summer. In addition to pursuing their philanthropic community service endeavors, the sisters participated in a variety of enjoyable social activities.
The residents of Herons Glen have continued to be extremely generous in their donations during the summer months. As a result, Alpha Delta Mu Sorority was able to contribute over $1600 to a variety of worthwhile local causes. The members also value their ability to contribute their individual efforts to support Littleton Elementary School, the VA facility, and All Souls Church.
The sisters of Alpha Delta Mu also enjoyed participating in a variety of social activities. Several luncheon activities, including the sampling of delicious menu items at Latitude 26 and Rum Runners, were enjoyed by all.
Alpha Delta Mu Sorority is looking forward with enthusiasm to the return of their fellow members in the fall. Upcoming October community service activities will include supporting Gigi’s Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Center’s charity walk/run at Estero Park. Members of the sorority will also tour the Harry Chapin Food Bank to gain a better understanding of how to help fight hunger in Southwest Florida. The sorority will once again support the Littleton Elementary School Christmas celebration with gifts including books and educational materials. These upcoming activities will be a great way to celebrate fall.
