Clear, timely communication is essential to a community as active and engaged as Herons Glen. The Communications Committee is the volunteer team that helps make that happen — and we’re looking for new members to join us.
What We Do
The Committee supports all major HOA communication channels, including:
- The Heron
- HOA News Bulletin
- Community Channels
- HOA Website
Our mission is simple: to ensure residents receive accurate, positive, and timely information about what’s happening throughout Herons Glen.
Why It Matters
From event announcements to HOA updates, strong communication keeps neighbors informed, involved, and connected. It strengthens community spirit and helps every resident feel part of the action.
Why You Might Enjoy Serving
You don’t need professional experience — just interest and enthusiasm. Volunteers who enjoy any of the following tend to thrive:
- Writing or editing
- Creative in thought and concepts
- Organizing information
- Helping neighbors stay informed
- Working collaboratively
It’s a great way to contribute your talents, meet new people, and make a meaningful impact.
